Jolene is going to be our resident milk cow at Ranczo Brioso. She A2/A2 tested meaning her milk will only have the A2 protein. We take safety very seriously here at Ranczo so all of our milk cattle are clean tested for Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD), Q-Fever, Brucellosis, Johnes, Bovine Leukosis Virus (BLV).
